AUGUST 16 AFFIRMATIONS & JOURNALING This class is about the power of the word and how to introduce productive, positive thinking/words into life. | SEPTEMBER 20 MEDITATION We will demystify the mystical experience of Meditation. You will learn simple ideas to find focus and enjoy the practice. |
OCTOBER 18 TAPPING/EFT This class combines affirmations and acupressure with a few other modalities and helps release excess emotions and limiting beliefs. | NOVEMBER 15 CHAKRA BALANCING Learn what Chakras are and how they relate to the anatomy of the body as well as signs they are out of balance and support to bring them back to alignment. |
